Kristen is an Associate at Fragomen’s Salt Lake City office, where she handles a variety of business immigration matters, including employment-based immigrant and nonimmigrant visas, as well as the labor certification process. Kristen assists clients in the asset management, engineering, technology, investment banking and insurance industries, among others.
Kristen joined Fragomen as an Assistant Paralegal in 2012 and served as a Law Clerk at the firm during law school. Kristen has also worked as an extern with the Brooklyn Defender Services’ New York Immigrant Family Unity Project, where she assisted detained immigrants in removal proceedings. She also served as the Executive Editor of the Cardozo Journal of International and Comparative Law.
