With more than 10 years’ experience in the global mobility industry, Maja focuses on consular and documents strategies for clients in Germany and Eastern Europe and manages a team of consultants who assist clients with all aspects of documents and visa processes for destinations worldwide. The team’s client portfolio covers a wide range of industries including automotive, energy, pharmaceutical, technology, and construction and manufacturing.
Maja manages the business visa process for clients traveling to various countries, including Saudi Arabia, South Korea, Vietnam and China. She provides corporate clients with consular and document support, including the procurement and legalization of personal documents, such as vital records, diplomas, police clearance certificates, affidavits of civil union and experience certificates. In addition, she assists companies with procurement and legalization of corporate documents, such as business licenses.
Maja contributes to client training sessions, including for large-scale projects, such as clients with high volumes of applicants during the Chinese immigration restriction imposed during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Passionate about DEI and supporting colleagues and clients, Maja is a member of the Frankfurt office’s wellbeing committee and regularly hosts drop-in sessions for anyone who needs the support of a trained mental health ally.
Maja speaks English, German and Russian.

Supported a German based multinational corporation with their new project site in China. This included hosting workshops and training sessions for the entry visa applications in Germany, preparing filing documents, making sure the employees will be granted a Chinese visa and can start work in China despite the zero-COVID policy in China.
