Małgorzata (Gosia) Jezierska serves as Practice Leader for Fragomen’s operations in Poland. With more than two decades of experience in the global mobility and immigration services sector, Gosia brings extensive leadership prowess, deep operational insight and a client-focused mindset to her role. She is responsible for spearheading the establishment and growth of Fragomen’s immigration practice across Poland, ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence and outstanding client delivery.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Gosia served as General Manager at Express Relocations, where she oversaw a team of 125 employees and managed more than 7,000 immigration and relocation cases annually. She successfully led the company’s expansion across Poland, launching six new branches and building strong, long-term relationships with major corporate clients. Her ability to implement tailored solutions, streamline complex processes and deliver scalable services contributed to consistent year-over-year revenue growth.
Gosia is a recognized leader in Polish immigration procedures and compliance frameworks. She actively participates in industry forums such as the European Relocation Association (EuRA) and the Employee Relocation Council (ERC), and maintains close engagement with Chambers of Commerce and business communities in Poland.
Known for her collaborative leadership style and passion for service excellence, Gosia fosters inclusive, high-performing teams and is deeply committed to creating a seamless experience for individuals and organizations navigating immigration processes.
Gosia is fluent in English and Polish, with basic conversational skills in German, Russian and Spanish.
