Michelle is an Associate at Fragomen’s Silicon Valley office, where she counsels clients on a variety of nonimmigrant and immigrant matters. She has experience preparing nonimmigrant employment-based petitions for H, L and TN visas, as well as detailed responses to Requests for Evidence. She also has experience preparing immigrant employment-based petitions for EB1C’s and guiding and counseling clients through the PERM process.
Michelle’s pro bono efforts have included serving as a Volunteer Attorney for the Asian Law Alliance’s citizenship workshop.
Michelle speaks Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
