Mohamed is an accomplished strategic business director based in Fragomen’s Abu Dhabi office and is a part of Immigration and Global Mobility services team. He possesses in depth knowledge of mobility and immigration regulations in the UAE along with a proven ability to clients through crisis management. He is a solution orientated professional with exceptional communication skills and always strives for 100% client satisfaction through his comprehensive knowledge and experience in business operations, project management, budget management, strategic planning, leadership, training and mentoring, and customer service.

Mohamed is an all-round business leader with more than 20 years of experience in supporting multinational clients in local, regional and global roles across different divisions, but not limited to consulting services, travel and tourism, medical tourism, hospitality, construction & building materials, mobility services, retail, facility management and healthcare. As a senior lead, Mohamed has coordinated full-scale global leadership development programs for the Middle East, APAC, Europe and North America. He has supervised training suppliers, course providers and other stakeholders to optimize learning outcomes in correspondence with business objectives. 

One of Mohamed’s most significant achievements with his previous employer was establishing the people mobility function in the Middle East and new office entities in the GCC. As a member of the Emergency Management Team in the Middle East, he played a vital role during the 2011 revolution in Egypt and successfully evacuated more than 40 employees and their families in record time. He is a highly dependable, ethical and reliable business management professional and worked with mobility service vendors to provide immigration services for long-term and short-term assignments, business travelers and permanent relocation. Furthermore, he has participated in The International Congress The "3rd Annual MICE Arabia Congress, Dubai" to identify service enhancements and augment divisional output.
