Monique takes an open-ended, personal approach to client service, initiating representations with tough questions that identify her client’s drives, ambitions and objectives—and building her services around them.
She represents “high-touch” clients, including startups and entrepreneurs, who require skilled assistance with individual, high-stakes immigration issues that in many cases the client is facing for the first time. In this capacity, she manages and troubleshoots immigration processes for professors and researchers in a variety of academic fields, artists, high-level executives and business founders who require comprehensive and responsive service.
She also helps mid- to large-sized corporations create corporate immigration policies, and manages and troubleshoots every aspect of their immigration programs. In her 20-plus-year practice, she has worked with clients in virtually every industry, from hospitality to high technology. This storehouse of experience serves as a resource for new clients from any industry, who benefit from accumulated wisdom derived from years of successful results.
Monique, as the child of immigrants herself, pursues a practice based on empathy and a deep understanding that her work, and the work of her team, dramatically impacts the lives of the people in her care.
