Nabauia is an Associate and Attorney (Rechtsanwältin) at Fragomen’s Frankfurt office, where she practices German and European law. She works with multinational corporate clients and individuals on cases pertaining to citizenship, residency options, global mobility and employer compliance. Nabauia advises a broad range of industries including automobile, technology and engineering to successfully manage complex immigration processes.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Nabauia worked at a boutique law firm in Frankfurt, where she advised refugees whilst they secured right of residence in Germany. She also worked on lawsuits to prevent deportation and revocation of residence permits.
During law school, she was actively involved with a nonprofit organization, which provides legal advice based on European law and the Geneva Convention for asylum seekers, with a focus on people who experienced torture.
Nabauia speaks Arabic, English, Farsi and German.
