Nathaniel is an Associate at Fragomen’s Pittsburgh office, where he primarily works with nonprofit and corporate clients in healthcare, education, high-tech fields and manufacturing, as well as smaller companies and individuals. He guides clients through a variety of visa processes, including H-1Bs, J-1 waivers, O-1s, L-1s and TNs, as well as paths toward permanent residence through both the labor recruitment process and more specialized petition categories, including extraordinary ability, outstanding professors and researchers, multinational managers and executives and the physician’s national interest waiver (PNIW).
Nathaniel has provided pro bono services through Mississippi Center for Justice, Legal Aid Society of New York, Jewish Family and Community Services, and International Refugee Assistance Project.

Managed blanket L-1B process for more than 50 global IT professionals’ intermittent entry in support of a leading manufacturer’s enterprise software upgrades.
Drafted a successful appeal to the federal Fifth Circuit Court on behalf of a Cameroonian political asylum seeker while working for the Mississippi Center of Justice.
Coordinated a multistate hospital network’s incoming class of more than two dozen new international physicians, based on Conrad-30 and interested government agency waivers, Canadian-exception and physician of international renown H-1Bs, and O-1A scientist of extraordinary ability visas.
