Nicole is an Associate at Fragomen’s Minneapolis office, where she focuses primarily on physician immigration and immigrant visa cases. She has experience with J-1 waivers (Conrad, HHS and No Objection), EB-1/B petitions, NIW petitions and naturalization cases.
During law school, Nicole was part of her law school’s Center for Immigrants’ Rights Clinic, where she trained police officers on department immigration policies and led community events to raise awareness on the benefits of welcoming immigrants to the community. She also collaborated with boutique law firms to provide educational documents to the public in response to the humanitarian crisis in Afghanistan. Nicole previously worked in a boutique immigration law firm near Boston, MA, where she gained experience in employment and family-based immigration, specifically H-1B, K-1, EB-1 and naturalization.
