Rajesh is the Director of Finance for Fragomen India. He is a chartered accountant with more than 15 years of experience in finance, operations and process management, budgeting, costing and auditing. He is experienced in conceptualizing and implementing financial procedures and is actively involved in the maintenance and finalization of accounts, profit monitoring and building internal financial controls.
In his current position, Rajesh manages locational finance, accounting and reporting activities as well as statutory compliance under taxation and commercial regulations. He also supervises billing activities and receivables management. In addition, Rajesh assists with financial budgeting and strategic planning for Fragomen’s India operations.
Prior to joining Fragomen in 2015, Rajesh spent 15 years working in the finance and accounts function of manufacturing and services industry companies, particularly in the telecom sector. He has handled cash flow management and audit activities in cross-functional processes and system controls. He was involved in developing business strategies and has worked closely with business management teams at various levels.
Rajesh speaks English, Malayalam, Konkani and Hindi.
