Sai is an Associate at Fragomen’s Phoenix office, where she advises a corporate client in the semiconductor industry on nonimmigrant visa matters. Her practice encompasses all aspects of business immigration with a focus on H-1B and F-1 visas.
During law school, Sai worked as a Summer Associate at the firm’s Houston office, as a law clerk at a boutique immigration firm and at a full-service civil litigation firm, where she focused on drafting EB-1 and EB-2 petitions for clients in the science, technology and banking industries. Sai also participated in her law school’s Immigration Clinic, where she assisted with the preparation and drafting of briefs to the Board of Immigration Appeals and worked on asylum cases.
