As Chief People Officer, Salvador oversees Fragomen’s human resource operations and supports the development of firm-wide people strategies, as part of the firm’s goal to create the best client service teams and develop the most appealing career environment. Salvador’s areas of responsibility include total rewards, talent acquisition, learning and development, diversity, equity and inclusion, HR business partnership and HR services.

Salvador has more than 25 years of experience devising and leading on HR strategy, talent management and business strategy. Most recently, he was the Global Head of HR Strategy for Microsoft, where he had a focal-point role between Microsoft’s HR Centers of Excellence, Line HR and the Chief HR Officer, involved in a constantly changing stream of work to address HR issues and opportunities impacting the entire company. He has also held leadership roles at McKinsey, Ericsson and other leading organizations. As a former consultant, Salvador has served clients in Asia, Europe, Latin America and the U.S.

Salvador speaks English, French and Spanish.
