Sarah is an Associate at Fragomen’s Washington, DC office, where she assists multinational corporations in the information technology and consulting sectors with employment-based visas and permanent residence matters.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Sarah practiced employment and family-based immigration law at a Massachusetts firm, where she worked on a variety of immigrant and nonimmigrant matters, including EB-1 and NIW petitions, O-1 and L-1 visas, Adjustment of Status applications and Requests for Evidence. During law school, Sarah was a student attorney with her university’s Immigrant Justice Clinic and an Emerging Scholar of the American Bar Association’s International Law Committee of Young Lawyers Division. She also interned with the Honorable Page Kelley, Magistrate Judge of the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts, as well as multiple Boston-based firms.
Sarah has provided pro bono services through the American Immigration Lawyers Association’s DC Chapter, including assistance with adjustment applications for Special Immigrant Visa-eligible Afghans who helped U.S. military efforts in Afghanistan.
Sarah speaks English and German.
