Tayyaba is a Senior Associate and Solicitor at Fragomen’s London office, with more than ten years of experience in UK immigration law. She advises a broad range of large corporate and multinational clients on complex immigration matters, including Skilled Worker visas, intra-company transfers, indefinite leave to remain, permanent residency and naturalization applications. Known for her pragmatic and tailored approach, Tayyaba works closely with clients to develop compliant and strategic immigration solutions aligned with business needs.
In her previous roles, Tayyaba gained extensive experience in both corporate and private immigration practice. She has advised on a variety of immigration routes including Spouse, Visit, and Business visas, sponsor license applications and compliance, EU Settlement Scheme and related EU applications, as well as human rights and asylum matters. She also has experience with judicial review applications and has represented clients at First-tier Tribunal hearings.
Tayyaba speaks English and Urdu.
