Valerie is an Associate at Fragomen’s Silicon Valley office, where she prepares and files immigrant and nonimmigrant visa petitions and responses to Requests for Evidence.
Valerie is a graduate of Santa Clara University School of Law’s Tech Edge J.D. program, which combines legal, business and technology education with hands-on skills development and individualized mentorship. This intensive program informed Valerie’s understanding of the distinct business and technology challenges of her clients. Valerie also served as a Student Associate at her law school’s Entrepreneurs’ Law Clinic, where she interviewed local startup founders to assess legal issues.
Valerie has provided pro bono services through Fragomen’s pro bono program.
