Scottish Futures is a policy paper which was commissioned by the Scottish National Party and compiled by Fragomen LLP and Dr. Russell Hargrave. It outlines our research into international regional immigration systems including those of Australia, Canada, New Zealand and Switzerland, and draws on these international examples and our own market research to explore policy options for a differentiated immigration system in Scotland once the Brexit transition period ends on 1 January 2021.
