WASHINGTON, D.C., March 25, 2024 – Fragomen, the world’s leading provider of immigration services, today announced the establishment of its Center for Strategy and Applied Insights, aimed at helping organizations manage risk posed by complex economic, geopolitical and environmental factors and drive business success. The Center is led by Partner Bo Cooper with Chairman Emeritus Austin Fragomen serving as Distinguished Fellow, and Partners Julia Onslow-Cole and Eddie Raleigh as Senior Global Fellow and Managing Fellow, respectively. Harnessing the full range of Fragomen’s knowledge to deliver innovative data-driven insights, the Center will also advise governments and global migration policy organizations on facilitating access to talent through improved legal pathways and sensible policies, procedures, and regulations.

The firm is also pleased to welcome Senior Policy Advisor Amy Nice, an experienced immigration attorney with a deep understanding of immigration policy, who will play a key advisory role as a part-time consultant in designing the Center’s initiatives. Nice recently served as an Assistant Director of the White House Office of Science and Technology Policy, responsible for leading efforts on STEM talent policy and is the 2023 recipient of the Edith Lowenstein Memorial Award for advancing the practice of immigration law.
