Fragomen is a strategic partner for the Global Mobility Executive Leaders Exchange VX India on Wednesday, 22 November 2023.
The GME Leaders Exchange VX Series provides senior Global Mobility and HR leaders the virtual platform to discuss challenges, corporate strategy, industry trends and share experience in a private, collaborative, peer to peer environment. The aim is to ensure each delegate leaves with a renewed perspective and enthusiasm to take on the challenges that lie ahead.
The session will focus on Compliance within Global Mobility - A Reflection on Experiences & Strategy. During the 90-minute session topics for discussion include:
- What is the solution for effectively managing remote and flexible working while considering compliance, costs, and employee preferences?
- How can we align Global Mobility with our organisational business strategies to optimise its effectiveness?
- How are we accurately tracking and reporting requirements, managing data, and maintaining communication with stakeholders in light of the constantly changing rules and guidelines?
- Are Core/Flex Policies on the rise, and what is the most confident approach to implementing them with positive impact?
Fragomen HR Director, Amit Antony, and Account Manager, Varsha Reghunath, will share an overview of the immigration landscape and trends impacting businesses.
