Amit is a Director at Fragomen’s Kochi office, where he is responsible for Fragomen India’s Human Resources operations. An HR professional since 2003, Amit has been actively involved in talent acquisition, engagement and development, strategic initiatives, leadership development and resource planning. He has experience in helping to implement positive changes and promoting diversity and inclusiveness.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Amit served as the Assistant Director for Talent at a Big Four accounting firm, He has also held HR roles within the Banking, Life Sciences, Life Insurance and BPO sectors.
Amit speaks English, Hindi and Malayalam.
