Ele destacou a exigência do e-Visa para viajantes dos EUA, Canadá e Austrália a partir de 10 de abril de 2025, enfatizando a necessidade de uma implementação suave para evitar interrupções.
Diogo também discutiu o crescimento recorde do Brasil na indústria de cruzeiros, particularmente na Amazônia, e o aumento esperado no turismo fluvial durante a COP30 em Belém. Ele observou que os navios de cruzeiro podem ajudar a aliviar a escassez de acomodações na cidade durante o evento.

Business Immigration Director Diogo Kloper spoke to PANROTAS about Brazil’s upcoming immigration changes and their impacts on tourism. He highlighted the launch of an e-Visa system for travelers from Mexico and the return of e-Visas for travelers from the US, Canada and Australia beginning on April 10, 2025, emphasizing the need for a smooth rollout to avoid disruptions.
Diogo also discussed Brazil’s record-breaking growth in the cruise industry, particularly in the Amazon, and the expected boost in river tourism during COP30 in Belém. He noted that cruise ships could help alleviate accommodation shortages in the city during the event.
