Ustawa o pomocy obywatelom Ukrainy obowiązuje obecnie do 4 marca 2026 r. Prelegent: Tomasz Rogala – radca prawny, Dyrektor ds. Strategii Imigracyjnej w Polsce, Fragomen Data: wtorek, 13 stycznia 2026 r. The Act on Assistance to Ukrainian Citizens is in effect until March 4, 2026. It provides access to the labour market for individuals who, due to military operations conducted in that country, legally entered the territory of the Republic of Poland from February 24, 2022. Due to numerous questions from employers regarding the status of these individuals after March 4, 2026, we would like to invite everyone interested to a webinar held in Polish language, entitled "Zatrudnianie obywateli Ukrainy – czego możemy się spodziewać po marcu 2026" ("Employing Ukrainian Citizens – What Can We Expect After March 2026?") organized by Tent Partnership for Refugees in cooperation with the Fragomen law firm. The webinar will be led by Tomasz Rogala, attorney-at-law and Poland Immigration Strategy Director at the Fragomen law firm. The meeting will take place on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at 9:00 AM. Topics: · What are the potential scenarios for the legalization of stay and work of individuals with refugee experience from Ukraine in Poland after March 2026? · What can companies do today to best prepare for potential legislative changes? · Could CUKR status be a solution for Ukrainian employees and employers?
