Adriana is a Business Immigration Director at Fragomen’s Costa Rica office, where she is responsible for ensuring high-quality client experiences.
Adriana is a Costa Rican attorney and has been providing immigration services at Fragomen for more than 16 years. She has comprehensive experience in corporate and business immigration with a focus on advising companies on immigration strategy.
Prior to her current role, Adriana served as a Regional Manager for Southern Latin America, where she was responsible for the overall management of client relationships and corporate immigration compliance in Chile. In this position, she ensured that all work performed by the client services team adhered to service level agreements and met the professional standards of the firm.
Previously, Adriana served as a Regional Client Services Manager, assisting several multinational consumer goods clients and overseeing immigration service delivery in Latin America.
Adriana speaks English and Spanish.
