Alex is an Associate at Fragomen’s Irvine office, where he supports multinational corporate clients and individual clients with their employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions. He has advised clients in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, social media, engineering and design, music, film and television, to develop strategies that help companies and individuals skillfully navigate the complex requirements of immigration law.
Prior to joining Fragomen, worked at several immigration law firms in Los Angeles, where he handled a wide range of immigration matters, including nonimmigrant (E-2, F-1, H-1B, L-1, O-1) and immigrant (EB-1, EB-2, NIW, EB-3, EB-5) visa petitions, AAO appeals, motions to reopen and reconsider, waiver applications and mandamus actions. Previously, Alex also served as General Counsel of an international trading company with operations in Asia.
Alex is a volunteer attorney for Christian Legal Aid of Los Angeles, where he provides clients with pro bono legal services.
Alex speaks English and Korean.
