Amanda is a Senior Associate in Fragomen’s London office, where she provides U.S. consular support to a variety of corporate clients in the EMEA region and India. Working with the London consular team, she advises clients on nonimmigrant visa applications such as H-1B, L-1, O-1, E-2 and B-1/B-2 and prepares expedite requests for complex cases requiring urgent travel. Amanda has also managed immigrant visa matters including the PERM labor certification process and Adjustment of Status.
Prior to becoming an Associate in 2016, Amanda served as a law clerk at Fragomen. In this role, she prepared a wide array of nonimmigrant petitions, as well as EB-1 and EB-2 immigrant petitions and Adjustment of Status applications. She also assisted in the appeal of an I-140 multinational manager petition which was successfully upheld by the Administrative Appeals Office of the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services.
Amanda has provided pro bono representation in a variety of matters, including an application for Special Immigrant Juvenile Status for an unaccompanied minor through Kids in Need of Defense (KIND).
