Ashley is an Associate at Fragomen’s Miami office, where she advises clients on various nonimmigrant and immigrant employment-based visa sponsorship options, including L-1 and H-1B petitions, as well as the Labor Certification Process, EB-1 petitions, and subsequent Adjustment of Status (AOS) filings.
Prior to joining the Fragomen Miami office, Ashley worked at Fragomen Boston and a mid-sized immigration law firm, where she advised corporate clients on employment and family-based green card processes. Ashley also has extensive experience representing clients in removal defense and family-based cases, with a focus on Special Immigrant Juvenile Status, I-130 marriage petitions, waivers of inadmissibility, including I-601, I-212 and I-601A, and applications for naturalization.
Immediately after law school, Ashley served as a judicial law clerk for the Connecticut Superior Court, where she advised judges on a wide range of matters in civil and criminal practice. Additionally, she was appointed to serve as the juvenile law specialist of the state-wide Legal Research Office.
