Christine is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Houston office with more than 10 years of immigration experience. In her role, she focuses on advising corporate clients, ranging from startups to Fortune Global 200 companies, in a variety of industries, including energy, engineering and information technology, through all stages of immigration. Christine’s current practice includes all aspects of corporate U.S. immigration, including nonimmigrant visas, permanent residence, citizenship and immigration support for corporate restructuring. She has also provided extensive advice to human resources professionals and corporate counsel regarding immigration compliance matters. Christine has dedicated her career to providing strategic and practical solutions for her clients in the evolving immigration environment.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Christine served as an Associate and later a Senior Associate at another full-service immigration firm, where she represented large multinational and mid-size corporate clients on nonimmigrant petitions, such as L, TN, H-1B, E-2, E-3, O-1 and B visas, and immigrant visa matters, such as PERM Labor Certification and EB-1. She advised foreign nationals seeking self-petitioned green card options, as well as other matters relating to legal permanent residence, including re-entry permits. During law school, Christine participated in Immigration Law Moot Court competitions as a Brief Writer and Speaker.
