Kinari is an Immigration Programme Manager at Fragomen’s London office, where she is responsible for providing strategic client services management for corporate clients throughout the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region and globally.
With more than 10 years of immigration experience, Kinari has developed efficient immigration solutions and provided strategic advice to help various clients, including several in the oil and energy industries, to achieve their business goals in a compliant and timely manner.
Kinari establishes and maintains positive relationships at high levels within client organizations and serves as a primary point of contact for HR and global mobility professionals and foreign national employees. She leads implementation processes and conducts client-specific training for Fragomen account teams. Throughout the client relationship, she anticipates clients’ needs and collaborates with the wider account team to ensure client requests and deliverables are met.
Prior to joining Fragomen’s London office, Kinari worked in Fragomen’s Sydney, Australia; Singapore; and Shanghai, China offices. She also provided immigration services at a Big Four firm.
