Kyle has proven experience successfully partnering with international business clients to help manage and implement cost-effective and compliant programs for foreign national employees.
He has successfully represented employers before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), Department of Labor (DOL), and Department of State in connection with applications and petitions for immigrant and nonimmigrant employees.
Kyle also has extensive experience advising clients on the implications of restructuring, downsizings, and mergers and acquisitions.
