Lauren is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s San Diego office, where she focuses on structuring and managing permanent residence programs for large corporate clients. She also advises clients on nonimmigrant and immigrant strategy, naturalization and citizenship matters, travel and consular issues, and I-9 compliance.
Lauren first joined the firm in 2010 as an Associate and has spent the vast majority of her career at Fragomen. She has experience advising clients in a wide variety of industries, including technology, finance, telecommunications, consulting, news media and fashion, on all aspects of U.S.-inbound employee mobility.
Lauren regularly participates in clinics and represents clients in pro bono matters through various organizations, including Catholic Charities, the Yemeni American Merchants Association and Casa Cornelia Law Center. She has served as a CUNY Citizenship Now Volunteer, providing citizenship and immigration law services to assist people on their paths to U.S. citizenship. She has also partnered with Free to Run to obtain humanitarian parole for recently displaced Afghan refugees and with the AILA/City Bar Justice Center Temporary Protected Status (TPS) Clinics to help Haitian nationals obtain immigration relief in the wake of Haiti's devastating earthquake.

Represented global leaders in the telecommunication industry, managing and implementing employment-based permanent residence programs customized to their distinct needs.
Advised employers and employees on all aspects of employment-based immigration, ranging from nonimmigrant issues to obtaining permanent residency.
Provided guidance to employees on practical immigration-related matters, including visa stamping at U.S. consular posts, international travel and petition filing strategy.
