Mark is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s San Francisco office with more than a decade of business, employment and investment immigration experience. He advises individuals and corporations on nonimmigrant visas, permanent residency and immigration compliance, as well as the development of immigration legal strategies and immigration programs. He has experience supporting clients in the technology, finance, entertainment, media, healthcare, e-commerce, hospitality and academic sectors, among others.
Additionally, Mark assists high net worth investors, regional centers and entrepreneurs in setting up regional centers, structuring multimillion-dollar EB-5 deals and filing I-526 and I-829 petitions on behalf of investors.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Mark managed and operated a boutique immigration firm in Los Angeles, California. He also worked at a large nationally ranked immigration law firm for several years as an immigration manager and senior attorney, where he supervised a team of attorneys and immigration staff in preparing a high volume of complex immigration cases.
Mark has provided pro bono assistance through Bet Tzedek and the Los Angeles LGBT Center.
Mark speaks English and Tagalog.
