Obiajulum (Obi) is an Associate at Fragomen’s San Francisco office with more than 12 years of immigration experience. She represents multinational corporations on nonimmigrant visa matters, assisting with H-1B, H-1B1 and TN visas and responding to complex Requests for Evidence. She partners with clients to prepare nonimmigrant petitions and applications to submit to USCIS and the DOL She communicates regularly with clients and their employees regarding immigration procedures, case processing and case strategy. Obi has experience with a variety of immigrant and nonimmigrants visas, including EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, AOS (I-485, I-765 and I-131), H-1B, H-1B1, E-3, L, I, TN/TD and R. Obi also has experience with affirmative asylum and TPS.

Prior to joining Fragomen, Obi was an Associate at immigration law firms in the greater Washington, DC area. She advised clients in the technology, finance and healthcare industries on immigrant and nonimmigrant petitions, Requests for Evidence and Notices of Intent to Deny

Obi has provided pro bono services through Amica Center for Immigrant Rights (formerly Capital Area Immigrants’ Rights (CAIR) Coalition), an immigrants rights’ advocacy group that provides education outreach and legal representation to detainees.

Obi speaks English and Igbo.
