Olivia is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Miami office, where she counsels multinational companies, individual business owners, investors, entrepreneurs, individuals of extraordinary ability, executives and other professionals on their immigration needs. She strives to provide each client with individualized solutions, taking into account their short- and long-term goals and professional and family related priorities.
Olivia has experience advising multinational businesses seeking nonimmigrant and immigrant visas for their employees and successfully responding to USCIS Requests for Evidence and DOL PERM audits. Olivia has also represented individuals in deportation proceedings before the U.S. Immigration Courts and those applying for adjustment of status and citizenship before USCIS.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Olivia managed a broad range of employment-based immigration matters at a national law firm. During law school, she interned for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency, where she first-chaired various cases in deportation proceedings. She has also interned for the U.S. Department of State’s Foreign Service in the Consular Section of the U.S. Embassy in Madrid, Spain, where she assisted in processing immigrant and nonimmigrant visas.
Olivia speaks English and Spanish.
