Rebecca is an Associate at Fragomen’s Los Angeles office, where she counsels clients on U.S. business immigration matters. She focuses her current practice on immigrant visa matters, including I-140 petitions and I-485 applications.
Rebecca joined Fragomen in 2016 and worked in various paralegal roles before graduating from law school. She has assisted large and small clients with a wide variety of immigrant and nonimmigrant cases, including visitor visas (B-1/B-2), nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, L-1, TN, E-3, J-1), immigrant visas (I-140, I-130), employment- and family-based adjustment of status applications, removal of conditions and naturalization. Rebecca has also helped to prepare responses to Requests for Evidence for H-1B, L-1 and I-140 EB-1 petitions.
