Rocio is an Associate at Fragomen’s San Francisco office, where she focuses her practice on employment-based nonimmigrant visas, including drafting comprehensive responses to Requests for Evidence. She also has experience handling Adjustment of Status applications.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Rocio served as a Law Clerk at a San Francisco-based corporate immigration firm, where she assisted clients with H-1B petitions, Requests for Evidence, E petitions, national interest waivers, provisional waivers and U visas.
Rocio’s pro bono work includes participation in the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights’ Asylum Program and the Pathways to Citizenship Initiative’s Naturalization Clinic.
Rocio speaks English and Spanish.
