Based out of Fragomen’s Bengaluru office, Sebin serves as the Managing Director for the India Practice, where he leads a dynamic portfolio that includes India inbound, outbound and managed service programs for some of the firm's largest and most strategic clients. He is also responsible for the overall operations of the Bengaluru office and has been with Fragomen India since February 2013, playing a pivotal role in shaping the firm’s footprint and operations across the country.

In his current role, Sebin delivers forward-thinking mobility and immigration strategies tailored for clients across diverse industries–streamlining global programs for efficiency, compliance and resilience. He is a trusted advisor on complex corporate transactions and policy navigation, known for driving operational excellence in immigration processes.

Sebin also drives the firm’s government relations strategies in India, addresses policy matters and assists with client representations. Additionally, he actively collaborates with leading industry bodies, amplifying Fragomen’s visibility and deepening the firm’s engagement with key government stakeholders.

Sebin directs and manages marketing, business development, branding, process optimization and a range of other client strategies in India which are vital for the firm’s overall growth. He oversees a team spread across India, working with numerous clients.

With more than 13 years of prior industry experience in various aspects of human resources management, Sebin brings a wealth of experience to his role. Prior to joining Fragomen, he served as the Head of Human Resources at the Bengaluru offices of one of the world’s largest payment companies, where he managed a range of HR functions, including India operations, mergers and acquisitions, staffing, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement activities.

Sebin is fluent in English, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam, enabling him to connect seamlessly with diverse stakeholders across regions.

Sebin directs and manages marketing, business development, branding, process optimization and a range of other client strategies in India which are vital for the firm’s overall growth. He oversees a team spread across India, working with numerous clients.
