Based out of Fragomen’s Bengaluru office, Sebin is the Director for India Inbound Services. He has been with Fragomen India since February 2013.
In his current role as a Practice Lead, Sebin provides clients with strategic inbound services with a focus on immigration process compliance. He manages teams that work with many clients in the India inbound space across several locations in India, including Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Pune. Sebin is also responsible for the implementation of new client delivery strategies for India inbound matters.
Sebin has more than 13 years of industry experience in different facets of human resources management. Prior to joining Fragomen, he served as the Head of Human Resources at the Bengaluru offices of one of the world’s largest payment companies, where he handled various HR functions, including India operations, mergers and acquisitions, staffing, compensation and benefits, and employee engagement.
Sebin speaks English, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam.
