Wey Hsiang (Stephanie) is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where she focuses on employment-based U.S. immigration matters and partners with high-volume, multinational clients to develop immigration strategies for their employees. Stephanie has experience preparing nonimmigrant visa petitions, including for H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, E-3 and H-1B1 visas, as well as applications for permanent residency and responses to related Requests for Evidence.
Stephanie represents various clients, ranging from small, medium-sized companies to Fortune 500 companies, across many industries, including information technology, pharmaceutical and financial services.
During law school, Stephanie served as a legal extern at the Maricopa Superior Court for the Honorable Judge Timothy J. Thomason and provided family-based and humanitarian immigration assistance through the law school’s Immigration Clinic.
Stephanie speaks Cantonese, English, Malay and Mandarin.
