Tarik is a Senior Manager and Solicitor based in Fragomen’s Sheffield office. He focuses on corporate immigration law, where he advises clients on various aspects of UK immigration, including the UK Points Based System (PBS) and applications made under the Tier 2 visa category. Tarik represents and works with key global corporate accounts across a range of industry sectors, with a particular focus on the technology sector. In addition, he advises clients on compliance matters and develops client immigration strategies around issues such as Brexit. Tarik also provides advice on settlement in the UK, British nationality, European free movement law and family migration.
