Tetiana is an Associate at Fragomen’s Atlanta office, where she focuses her practice on the PERM labor certification process and various immigrant visa petitions. She works closely with clients to design client-focused immigration programs to help them streamline immigration case processing and increase employee satisfaction.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Tetiana practiced immigration law at a full-service law firm in Atlanta, Georgia. She has assisted individuals from around the world in obtaining nonimmigrant (E-1/2, H-1B, L-1A/B, TN, O-1, R-1) and immigrant visas (EB-1/EB-2/EB-3), working with companies of various sizes and industries. She has also prepared nonimmigrant and immigrant visa petitions for foreign executives, managers and professionals, as well as extraordinary ability workers and artists.
Tetiana’s pro bono experience includes being a member of the Ukrainian Congress Committee of America, where she is actively involved in developing economic, cultural and political ties between Ukraine and the United States. Tetiana also routinely participates in pro bono immigration clinics for Ukrainians in Georgia.
Tetiana speaks English, Russian and Ukrainian.
