Tuğba is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s Amsterdam office, where she leads a Private Client team. Tuğba assists private and corporate clients with the full range of Netherlands immigration matters, specifically Highly Skilled Migrant visas, family reunification visas, long term residency, visas based on Association law between the European Union and Turkey, Chavez visas and Dutch citizenship.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Tuğba worked at boutique immigration law firms in Amsterdam, where she assisted individuals and corporations with the preparation of immigration matters. She also assisted individuals with family cases.
Tuğba speaks Dutch, English and Turkish.
Tuğba is an advocate employed by Fragomen Global LLP. This means that she only acts for Fragomen Global LLP within the meaning of Article 5.9(g) of the Dutch Legal Profession Bye-Laws (Verordening op de advocatuur) (“Voda”). She has registered the following principal legal practice area in the Netherlands Bar’s register of legal areas: Immigration Law. Based on this registration, she is required to obtain twenty training credits per calendar year for this registered principal legal practice area in accordance with the standards set by the Netherlands Bar.
