Valentin is an Associate at Fragomen’s Atlanta office with more than a decade of immigration experience supporting clients in various industries, including information technology, financial services, scientific research, manufacturing, construction, engineering, higher education and the arts. Valentin advises a range of clients, from startups to Fortune 100 multinational corporations, on employment-based immigration law and has extensive experience with EB-1, EB-5, H-1B, H-2B, TN, L-1, O-1, E-1 and E-2 visas, PERM and complex Requests for Evidence. He has also advised individuals on the immigration implications of criminal activity and helped clients to appeal consular visa denials and obtain I-601 and INA 212(d)(3) immigrant and nonimmigrant visa waivers.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Valentin practiced at well-known boutique and large immigration firms in Atlanta, Georgia.
Valentin has provided pro bono services through Fragomen where he obtained H-1B approval for a 501(c)3 nonprofit working with immigrant communities along the corridor of Atlanta’s Buford Highway. He has also assisted individuals with their employment- and family-based immigrant and nonimmigrant matters, including H-1B benching, release from ICE custody and asylum.
