Session Overview:
With H-1B CAP exhausted, many employers are looking for visa alternatives for those not selected. The good news is, sponsorship opportunities may be available through creative solutions. Alternative routes include extensions or continuing education for students, dependent spouse employment authorization, extraordinary ability petitions, H-1B visas through cap-exempt employers, permanent residency for those not impacted by per country limits, country-specific visas for nationals from countries holding trade agreements with the US and more.

Session Overview:
