Fragomen Webinar: Proposed Rule to Modernize H-1B Requirements

The Department of Homeland Security launched the notice and comment rulemaking process for its long-planned H-1B modernization regulation. DHS is proposing important changes to the H-1B program, some quite positive, some concerning, and some unclear.
