This informative conference will address current trends, strategies, and best practices in physician immigration law, making the 5th biennial conference essential to those who work with international medical graduate physicians and those who employ them. The conference will include panels and roundtables on H-1Bs for IMGs, J-1 waivers, PERM for physicians, EB-1 and NIW petitions, challenges in the adjustment process, and other topics. Roundtables on Sunday night and sessions on Monday will be interactive, offering content for both the experienced and new practitioner.
