Ashley is an Associate at Fragomen’s Boston office, where she primarily focuses on nonimmigrant visas, including H-1B, B-2, E-3 and other temporary visas; responding to USCIS Requests for Evidence; and filing Motions to Reopen or Reconsider and Administrative Appeals Office appeals. She also has experience with Administrative Site Visit and Verification Program (ASVVP) investigation, 221(g), DOL Wage and Hour Division audit responses as well as H-2B non-agricultural visa petition filings.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Ashley was an attorney at an immigration law firm in Boston.
Ashley has been recognized for her pro bono services by Massachusetts SJF Pro Bono Honor Roll.
