Catherine is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where she advises corporate clients, primarily in the financial services sector, on employment-based visa petitions. She provides personalized immigration guidance to multinational managers, professionals with advanced degrees and skilled workers.
During law school, Catherine served as a New York Pro Bono Scholar for Catholic Charities of New York, where she spent a semester assisting clients with humanitarian forms of relief, including asylum applications, U visas and Special Immigrant Juvenile Status and Temporary Protected Status cases. She also served as the Chair of her school’s Asylum Pro Bono Project, which involved organizing student trips to the U.S.-Mexico border to partner with nonprofit organizations that were assisting migrants seeking asylum.
Prior to law school, Catherine served as a paralegal at Fragomen for approximately three years. During this time, she joined the Fragomen team in traveling to a detention center in Dilley, Texas to serve as a translator for detained women and children on two separate occasions.
Catherine speaks English and Spanish.
