Clifford is a Senior Associate at Fragomen’s San Francisco office, where he helps clients manage their most complex immigration matters. He focuses his practice on counseling small and large multinational corporations on immigration issues arising from corporate reorganizations, mergers and layoffs; managing PERM recruitment programs; developing strategies for immigrant visas petitions under the extraordinary ability, outstanding researcher, multinational manager and executive, and national interest waiver categories; developing immigration policies and procedures; and partnering with clients in the sports and entertainment sectors to meet their immigration needs.

Clifford has experience counseling clients on all aspects of business immigration, including labor certifications, PERM applications, consular processing, adjustment of status applications, reentry permits and naturalization applications. He also has experience assisting clients with nonimmigrant visa matters, including petitions for H-1B, TN, L, E, O, P and R visas.

Clifford had provided pro bono services through the Asian Women’s Shelter and Artistic Freedom Initiative.
