Jasmine is an Associate at Fragomen’s San Francisco office, where she primarily handles nonimmigrant visas for a Fortune 500 client. Jasmine has experience assisting clients ranging from start-ups to multinational corporations across a variety of industries, including technology, consulting, dental and education.
Prior to joining Fragomen, Jasmine was a Law Clerk at a boutique immigration law firm in the Silicon Valley, where she worked on a variety of nonimmigrant visas, including H-1B, E-3 and L-1 visas. She also assisted clients with immigrant matters, including PERM, employment- and family-based permanent residency and naturalization, and successfully responded to complex Requests for Evidence related to the beneficiary’s qualifications, specialty occupation eligibility, availability of specialty occupation work, maintenance of status and employer-employee relationships.
Jasmine speaks English and Gujarati and is conversational in Hindi.
