Nathalia is an Associate at Fragomen’s New York office, where she represents individuals, startups and multinational companies. Her practice includes drafting extensive and complex Requests for Evidence, Notices of Intent to Deny and Appeals. Nathalia has experience with nonimmigrant visa petitions (L-1, H-1B, O-1 and TN) and immigrant visa petitions (EB-1, EB-2, EB-3 and EB-5 investor visas).
Prior to joining Fragomen full-time, Nathalia started at the firm as a Summer Associate in 2022. During law school, she served as a member of New York Law School’s Asylum Clinic, where she assisted individuals seeking asylum. Nathalia also has experience with Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SIJS) applications and helped design a pilot program to help undocumented children achieve lawful permanent residency. Further, as an undergraduate student, Nathalia served as an intern at the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida where she gained experience with criminal procedure and criminal law.
Nathalia speaks English, French, German, Portuguese and Spanish.
