Sandra is a Manager on the Global Business Process and Transformation Team. She works closely with partners, practice leads, managers and case teams to implement and drive multi-jurisdictional projects throughout EMEA and beyond. These projects are intended to streamline procedures as well as ensure process compliance and continued improvement.
Sandra joined Fragomen in 2009. Prior to her current position, she worked on various case teams, including the regional coordination team for Sub-Saharan Africa and the document procurement and consular services team. Most recently, she led the firm’s South Africa inbound team with overall responsibility for service delivery, profitability and efficiency.
She began her career in immigration as a Junior Lawyer at a New Zealand law firm. Sandra was then employed for several years as a Legal Immigration Consultant at a reputable South African immigration services provider.
